I follow a Solution Focused Brief Therapy approach to psychotherapy. This approach is client-centered and goal-orientated. I believe that change is possible, and that developing the necessary skills can help one successfully navigate challenges in life.

Psychological services available:

• Individual therapy with children, teenagers and adults.
  

• Parental guidance.
  

• Couples counselling.
  

Services are offered in Afrikaans and English.

Sessions can be booked at consultation rooms in Ruimsig (Jhb) and Centurion.

Rates

Consultation fee is R1194.00 per hour session. Payment options:

• Medical scheme claims can be made directly.

• Cash/card/EFT payments are also welcome.
